Yea, tuning details for Olympic type bow. Plunger and sight.
Some of the thought did carryover to barebow in my opinion. I have move my center, BH and tiller, if the bow has that adjustment to where it shoots best.

Yea, he's great! Great tips like. Don't over draw weight yourself. He dealt with TP by changing the way he came into anchor. Lastly, a must on proper arrow tune.

This is for compound, but it will work for recurves. Cuz we all torque. also by moving your shelf plates/rest forward or backward on the riser shelf. If you shoot off the shelf a tooth pick will work too. Sorry barebow guys your stuck with the plunger hole setting. You guys need make the grip do the work.
