I am wanting to get into bowyering (Is that a word?) and would really like to build laminated hybrid longbows. I have quite a bit of carpentry (including furniture building and electric guitar building) experience and think I could pick it up. I have googled and read anything I can find but I'm unable to find a resource that walks you through the process. I checked out the bowyer's bible but it seemed to be all about self bows.

Can you point me in a good direction for a resource that covers: mold design, lam thicknesses, etc?

Much appreciation!

You can try to search some books here Mytextbooks - Cheap PDF eBooks & College Textbooks. I used this website back in college. Great times, it saved me a lot of money ))
And if speaking about laminated hybrid longbows, you can try to read as well Stick and String. A beginner's guide to Building Laminated Fiberglass Longbows by James E. Wadsworth. As well you can search some YouTube channels to learn more. Hopefully, I could help ))
Wish you good luck!

Thanks so much. I was already leaning toward the Bingham starter kit. I'll go that route and try and grab a couple of these books along the way.
