So I picked up a set of N3's, I really like the limbs, but like my gobi's.....a bear to string. I generally use a black widow stringer, has a small top limb tip pocket, but with the tiny tips on the N3s and gobis it won't work, covers the string groove. I have one with the rubber block for the top limb, it sucks. I lose so much leverage with that block several inches from the tip on the recurve it's a struggle to string and I feel like I'm going to break something. I've only been in this traditional archery game since I could walk....and I'm 49 now...so this isn't a newbie thing. Please tell me a tip to tip stringer that will work with these tiny tipped limbs...I'm sure I'm not the only one struggling with these!..thanks in advance !

I use this with my N3's, all my limbs now. Bought it in France when my N3's burst a hole in the pocket of my Selway cord stringer. All the Oly guys were using them. Bulkier to pack, but never going back to a cord stringer if possible. Very stable.

I'm not familiar with any stringer that fits over those small tips on Uukha's and Nika's. I use the same style as remote. It's sold under a lot if different names. The strap doesn't seem to slip like the rubber block does--at times.

Walmart sells it under the name:

Agree Jim, the rubber block, even on the big wide blocks on the Saunders and Selway, can slip esp when wet. The simple strapping style ones are so very stable and naturally adapt to any limb and limb tip. Also feel safer relying on these strap types compared to paracord passing through / wearing away rubber, esp when stringing heavy bows.

I use two stringer both Shooting Star. One long cord for my 72'' bow and one short cord for the 60'' to 64'' recurves.
I had used other stingers one of them the tip has gone through the hood. Also have used on my Covet Hunter never had a problem with the Shooting Star and I have had these stingers for a long time. Keep the rubber clean and make sure the limb is dry, stop from slipping

I had used the one with the bucket on one end and rubber block on the other with my Gobi limbs and as long as I use both feet on the rope shoulder width apart I never had an issue. I found using only one foot on a string is a bit dicey.

The strap type of stringer posted by Remote works well with any recurve (haven’t tried with a longbow) and really excels when stringing super curve limbs like Borders. I'm also a fan of the Limbaver rubber block stringer which is good but doesn't work quite as well on the big hook limbs.
