Since you are using a clicker another approach would be work from the clicker to the back of the point, thence to the back of the bow, thence to the pivot point, and factor in the length of the arrow. Remember that the measurement needs to be from the back of the point to the groove in the arrow nock.

Most measurements taken without actually shooting turn out to be wrong. Without a clicker you can get accurate figures by taking a number of shot with an observer noting the relationship between the back of the bow to the back of the point. Then measure from how far you actually drew the arrow on average, while shooting well.

A static measurement in a shop or at home is generally longer than during actual shooting. - lbg
