You know, if I had any Brains at all, I wouldnt have gotten Hitched in the first place. Not that I have ANYTHING about Marriage mind you. I Loved being Married, its just the Contract isnt always UpHeld, ya know?
Now the Lawyers are making Money, and the Courts, and the Meter Maids for Parking, but it just never seems to Ever End. Been over a Year and I for one am ready to Move on down the Range, so to speak.
Ok, I will get off my Soap Box and put away my Whiner for another day. Its just so depressing to think that it may NEVER END!!! :2cents:

It will end. You may not think so now, but things will get better. Almost makes you want to declare open season on lawyers, doesn't it?

I wouldn't wish a divorce on anybody. Seriously, it's about the most painful PITA you can go through.

Keep smilin'. It makes 'em wonder what you've been up to. :goodvevil

Yup, it does come to an end sooner or later. Often it's later if children are involved. You will get over it after a roller coaster ride but I doubt you will ever forget it. I don't believe you should either as we should remember mistakes and learn from them. The biggest lesson for me and the best piece of advice is DON'T COMPROMISE YOUR MORALS AND STANDARDS FOR YOUR MATE! If you do you will end up right back where you started. Have faith in YOUR higher power and above all keep your chin up ( it keeps you from walking into walls LOL) HANG IN THERE! :2cents:

As said if you have children it will be much longer .. I am divorced and remarried .. It was a very long difficult process .. I actually overheard my ex's lawyer telling her I must have cheated on her (talk about bloodsucker).. which was the furthest thing from the truth .. Then he wanted to shake my hand .. Good luck, God bless ..

Just looking at this 'new experience'

Well, there I will be going too.

Without involving too many personal items I just will tell you that after a short time I will finish as well.
6 years too long.
My mistake: I did not look at this "best before" stamp!

Kids involved as well.

The ancient 'better half' just took care they hate me enough....

Worst experience in my life

I hear ya Torsten, and I am right there with ya Brother. The Funny Part, well not Funny actually, but the Court Ordered us BOTH to Attend Classes on How it will Affect the Kids, and that "They Shouldnt Be Pawns in a PowerPlay".
I dont think they discussed the Same thing in Her Class that they did in Mine!! Either that or she Flunked that Portion of the Class. Now my Kids look at me like I should have Horns and a Tail. I can just see it in their Little Eyes and hear it when they Speak to Me, which is Seldom anymore.
I know that there is "Light at the End of the Tunnel", but I think My Tunnel is REALLY Long!! :sbrug: Ah, Life is Good! :shooting:

Shakes-boy I hates to tell yah but that light is probably an oncoming train. Been there and done it twice!!!! and have the scars to prove it, (some of us are slower learners than others). Some are givers and some are takers and the bad'uns have real good camo. they may look like butter wouldn;t melt in their mouth, but they'll leave you skinned, bleeding, and bankrupt.

Yeah, I know what youre saying. This was, Dare I say it? Wife #3. :sbrug: I think Stupidity runs through these veins, but isnt there a saying "Third Time is Charm"? Well, of course I had to take that as a Personal Challenge to Prove them Wrong, Silly Me. hahaha
Boys, if ya got a Good Wife, treat her like the Queen she is, or the time will come when she will be in kahoots with a Legal-Type Shark and leave ya Bleedin' and Bewildered!!
Ah, Brighter Days Ahead for All!! :shooting: :amen:

Shakes.602,

many thanks for your comments.
I am very happy to not only share experience about archery but to be able to have discussions on very deeper levels as well.

Finding work has always been a troublesome duty for me and I am looking at that too. Somewhow my personal sales/marketing qualities regarding women has always been much easier. I had the first "interview" on this already.

Lawyers wil come into play later, let's first break that bridge!!!

Hold on tight to your dreams...............
