Bad luckfor me was an understatment last Thursday.
We were shooting indoor with our archery club. I was shooting my DAS Elite with Border HEX V medium limbs.
After about 20 shots the upper limb cracked almost in two with a bang.
No one was hurt but everyone was shocked. Me in the First place.
Had the limbs a few months and just getting used to them, I had never had more nicer and faster limbs.
I even won a 3D tournament 2 weeks ago with them.
I mailed Sid and sent him some foto`s of the break but he didn`t know how it was possible. I bought the limbs second hand and they were made in 2008 so the warranty was expired .
You never know when you buy second hand limbs what they have been through.
Sid gave a discount ons ome new HEX V limbs but I can not afford them at the moment, but that was very generous.
So it`s back at the classifieds to look for some new quality limbs.
I closed in a picture of the break but that is not a pretty sight!
If anyone wants a lower HEX V H medium 37# limb , you can get it for free!
