It’s the show season and they are traveling. Each year this topic comes up. They probably should have a better way to stay in touch but you will get your order.

 

Unfortunately it's the same old story and excuse. They are just TOO busy to take care of their customers.

Figured they are a small family company, and with the two of them traveling I guess not much is happening on the shipment front.
Just wish they would respond. Customers are often a patient bunch as long as they are kept informed.....
I chose to be old fashioned and continue to trust them as part of the global trad family. Will not reclaim my PayPal payment but take another chill pill and hope to have my anoraks for next winter!

I understand from other forums that Fred was ill and hospilized recently. He was reportly seen at a trad event recently and doing ok.
