Not bad mouthing the BTE 3K limbs but me for 30 bucks more rather have the Sanlida Blackstones .
And for like 25 bucks more rather have the Nika N3's over the Sanlida Blackstones .
And for 8 bucks more I rather have the W&W Black Elks over the R1/ R3's . I currently own a set of R3's 50# 62" .
I also own also the Black Elks 60" 50# rated on a 21" riser , those limbs shine on my WF21 . And like most of you's have owned countless sets of R1/R3 Samick made in South Korea btw ilf limbs ( good stuff imo ) .

For the money, the buck trail 3k carbon limbs are the best, they are as expensive as the samick but they are faster, make less noise, and they don't stock.
Yep, and a league above the Black Max 2.0 IMO. More people should try these limbs I reckon. W&W oversee their production, they know what they're doing.
Yep the Blackstones look great. Would really like a pair to compare to my Sanlida X10's (likely same limb, but black) and BTE 3K's over the chrono. BTE's are a very quick limb, surprised me.
Well I guess it depends were you buy the samick limbs, because u seen them for 200 plus.

From what I can see or tell the Sanlida "B" hunting limbs only offered in 60 to 62 " length . The x10 are 66" to 70 " target limbs . They look identical except like you said black finish and the Blackstones are a minature version .

Alternative Archery.
Budget limbs….the problem with that statement is its too easy to tinker with ILF….everyone I know has multiple sets…take that Budget and throw it out the window.

IMO, there are many great limbs to choose from in that under $200 category its crazy how good some are for relatively little $$$.

The best I’ve personally tried in that $150-ish range is the WNS C3 wood core or C5 foam core- and WNS is a name brand quality mnfr.

I know for a fact there are many other good ones as guys above attest.
But be advised…its an addiction to spend a lot more $$$ for a small incremental improvement.

Remote, how do the BTE's compare to the Nika N3 and C1 over the chrono?
Top 3 under USD300

Nika N3*, very fast and quiet, 55% carbon, black and can get small decals - USD280 shipped
Nika C2, fast and longbow quiet, 10% carbon, black but only large decals - USD129 shipped
Buck Trail Elite 3k, fast and quiet, cross-carbon wood, black and has minimal decals - USD230 shipped

*Due to 'Curve' profile a 17" riser with N3 Mediums will look like a 58-59", not a 60".
This is a very good list, IMHO.

I haven't done a same-GPP across all 3 yet but it's for sure N3 > BTE > C1. The C1's are smoother and wicked quiet though, compared to BTE's. Will do a 10GPP chrono of the BTE's this week and report back.

Not sure same-GPP is worth the trouble, unless you're inclined. From what I've seen there is, in general, about 10-12 fps difference between 9gpp and 10gpp from the same bow So the comparisons you've made between N3, C1 and C2 are still useful, even with different gpp, with just a little math to adjust. Any numbers are better than none:) Much obliged to you in any case.
