Samick R1. They are black and the logo doesn't stand out too bad. Should work really well for hunting. I'm assuming that your riser is ILF. R1 limbs are weighed on a the Samick Discovery 17" riser, so marked weight should be close to correct depending on the limb pad angle of your riser.
Top 3 under USD300

Nika N3*, very fast and quiet, 55% carbon, black and can get small decals - USD280 shipped
Nika C2, fast and longbow quiet, 10% carbon, black but only large decals - USD129 shipped
Buck Trail Elite 3k, fast and quiet, cross-carbon wood, black and has minimal decals - USD230 shipped

*Due to 'Curve' profile a 17" riser with N3 Mediums will look like a 58-59", not a 60".

Besides great advise you have been given , perhaps you might want to read this . If one ever choses the W&W Black Elks bare in mind there rated on a 21" riser .

October Mountain Products Reaper limbs. I really like my 45 pound limbs on a 21 inch riser that are 44.9 at my draw length, verified with a hand scale. I believe they are rated on a 17 inch riser. They are black, with mild graphics so hunting as is should not be a problem.

Shorts on a 17 inch riser should give you a 58 inch bow. On a longer riser you will loose poundage, but that can be made up if your draw length is over 28 inches. Shorts on my 21 inch riser make a 62 inch bow. If you want a 60 inch bow with a 17 riser you will need to purchase medium limbs. My Samick Discovery limbs, OMP Reapers and Trad Tech limbs all scale out right on the money for the advertised weight. All are black and wood, fiberglass. Fleetwood Hunter supremes are foam and carbon. They were very nice and the 40/s were 44 pounds at my DL.
I have a set of medium BearPaws. 45#
Borders or Morrison. No limbs are shooting a heavy arrow like these two, disregarding the DL. And you get a much shorter bow envelope than usual 58” strung bow. “Budget friendly” for what type of wallet? There are Morrisons second hand that at $550 are a steal compared with their original price. I would buy these second hand limbs instead 2 pairs of Nika N3 if I would be interested in best hunting limbs “on a budget”.
PS I don’t say Nika N3 are bad - far from me - but if you want to shoot a 12-13gpp arrow with the same speed the Nika N3 are shooting the 10gpp arrow, get the Morrisons or Borders.

IMO USD550 is a lot of money for a 2nd hand hunting limb, esp in rough country. Also, not everyone likes those big horns.

But if the OP is as accurate with that roomy back and has that kind of money around, then yep def get the Borders or Morrisons. Indeed faster even than Uukhas and Nikas. How quiet they are in comparison with, say, Gobi's, R3's or N3's, I don't know.

I for one would take a fast, inexpensive, rugged and super quiet conventional limb profile over any other for hunting.

The man asked about budget ilf limbs for hunting so Border, Uukha, and Nika don't really fit that criteria very well.

Let's be brutally honest....darn near any wood/glass ilf limb coated with some flat spray paint will suffice for hunting. Some good suggestions early in this thread. Don't overlook the used limb market either. Let your wallet be your guide.

For some folk "budget" is twice what another will pay for, and the OP didn't state a ceiling. But IME USD129 for the Nika C2's fits a lot of bills. Having fairly extensively tested them I bet you will be hard pressed to find a wood glass limb that shoots as good and quiet for near the price. Nice limb.

But yep can do even better at low budget buying used. No doubt.
Figure out the weight otf you need and run whatever limbs you get bolts almost full in, small throat nock so lighter weight string is better energy transfer more efficiency and drop the brace height to make the mid limb bend pretty ie not a bulge not concave ; almost flat. Usually this means very little string groove showing (doesn’t work with all limbs). These will store awesome energy, be quiet, and chuck heavy arrows great. Of course this can be done with any limb but do all of this and it’s the easiest way to put 10-15fps+ on an inexpensive limbs

Use light string silencers like string material instead of heavy stuff like rubber leaches or beaver balls. Dampen limbs further with limb savers at fades. Opt for heavier arrows to silence the bow don’t waste the stored energy lugging a heavy string with fur(etc) silencers.

Then spend time getting a perfect tune so bareshafts fly like laser beams.
Hunting ready.

I've got a set of Galaxy bronze stars painted with a rattle can. If there's anything wrong with them I haven't found it. Very quiet, quick enough and stable.
Have 3 sets of TradTech black max limbs never had an issue with any of them. Ones on my hunting bow are close to ten years old and travel with me basically everywhere I go. For durability and longevity reference i shoot 75-100 arrows per day 4-5 days a week.
I think Samick R1 from Alternative Archery is about as good as it gets for low priced limbs. TradTech Black Max would be my second choice. As long as you don’t overbow with the poundage both are very smooth drawing. My R1 are my play limbs and my Black Max are my hunting limbs, I would not have a problem hunting with my R1 limbs.

...OP...don't get hung up on brand names...they will all work...
...your hunting/woodsmanship skills are way more important than what you are hunting with...
...but even with the price increase, Blackmax limbs are only $169.99 usd, and would be a top choice for what you are asking...and do not need to be painted... good luck, and don't over think it...

I have a set Black Max 2.0 that are quite nice. They are 62 inches on a 17 inch riser. I would sell them if you're interested but in any case, I think the Black Max 2.0 are a great limb on a budget.

For the money, the buck trail 3k carbon limbs are the best, they are as expensive as the samick but they are faster, make less noise, and they don't stock.

Hello again Ramon which Samick model are you compareing them too ? Reason I ask is the R1/R3 are $105 plus like maybe $32 for shipping . The BTE are 200 bucks plus $32 for shipping .
