Struggling with Hoyt Satori setup

Hi everyone, first post, so please be kind! I've shot 3D for several years with a wooden 23" OMA ilf riser and Uukha XL limbs to make a70" bow. (Tall, long draw length 31 1/2"), 36# limbs which measures 44# off the fingers, three under. I shoot full length Victory VAP 450 spine with 120gn points, 5/8"" nock, 8 7/8" brace height which tune well and fly like darts.
Have decided time for a change and have got a 21' Hoyt Satori which will make a 68" bow with the Uukhas.
First mystery - my string from the 70" bow gives me the correct length on the 68" setup?!! I'm guessing the limb angles are significantly different on the two risers? The problem I've got is tuning the bow. Theoretically the shorter Satori riser will give me around 2# more on the fingers so I've backed the limb bolts off two turns from fully in. (It feels a bit lighter to shoot than the OMA setup to be honest). I've started the brace height at 8 1/2" (uukha suggest 218mm for 68" bow) but taking the brace height to over 9" or under 8" the bow is noisy and doesn't quieten (everything is tight). Has anyone used uukha xl limbs (mine are sx50s) on a satori and what brace height did they arrive at?).
The other thing that has surprised me is that the VAPs tune really weak. At 25 yards bareshafts land 2' to the left (I'm left handed) and fletched arrows don't group well. I've taken my nock point from 1" down to almost zero and bareshafts all hit low). Help!!! I've tried shimming out the side plate to try to stiffen arrows but all shims in makes no difference.
Can someone shed some light on what's going on here. I guess first step is to cut down some points and try to stiffen arrows at 100 or 80 grain? Is bow not quietening as VAPs are pretty light?
Any Satori / Uukha XL combos out there, please help me out here.
Thank you all... sorry for the long post

I like my Satori but I do have a very difficult time tuning that bow as well. I had a lot more luck with using a springy rest with that set up. Not sure If you are shooting off the shelf or not. That limb angle has also created problems for me when switching limbs between ILF setups.

not shooting a satori but I shoot uukha xl Sx 50 on my CD wf 21” and 19”
What I’m thinking you are encountering is the sx50 delivering more energy to the arrow than your previous bow giving you a weak spine during testing. For my setups 8 1/2 and 8 5/8 work for my brace.
without cutting arrows you can drop point weight or add an arrow wrap and fletch up or shoot a nock/pin bushing.

Thanks Chad. I can't cut arrows any shorter so when it stops raining I'll start experimenting with lower point weights. The satori actially feels weaker to draw but the fact that the string fits both the old 70" and the new 68" shows the geometry difference between the two. I'm starting to wonder if the bow is noisy due to my three under release and I need to play with the tiller a little bit? And that perhaps I'm getting low bareshafts if the fletched arrows are hitting the shelf.
So many variables going on here......

I have shot my 21" satori at 62", 64" and 66" in the past. At my DL of 27.5" I like it best at 62" with shorts as I hunt mostly and have other bows for target. If you are asking this still wondering about string length, the issue is the riser so all my strings ran 2.5" shorter than the bows AMO would suggest. I have to add that this is with standard shaped limbs. I did run uukha sx80 shorts for a time and string length fell into this formula for me as well. If you are running new uukhas or super curvy limbs you may want to check on string length. adding...my brace is 7 3/4" for 62". I ran 8 at 64" and 66".
