Is there a standard way to know what size string? Playing around with different riser/limb combinations, how do you know what length string? Or is it relative... based on what we do know? Such as, if string "X" works on a 17 inch riser with shorts, then string X will be 2 inches longer with a 19 inch riser. This works, but requires that you keep records of bow string combinations.

I can see that if I keep this up then I will need to start making strings again. Can't be much different than when I made strings for my compounds. LOL, sure can't seem to buy them, everybody's out of stock
