I picked up a couple of their 3-under tabs from alt services a while back, and it's super nice - extremely comfortable, soft supple backing, good thickness, and I like the cavalier type finger stall thingy for the finger.

What's up with the shape, though? Why so much extra material toward the bottom (especially for the third finger)? I guess I'm supposed to trim it (careful, bob!), but I just wondered if there's a reason they would shape it this way, since most of the other tabs I see are more square...

I see their split finger tab on lancaster is also shaped this way.

There's some extra below the third finger for me, too.

I'm guessing it's because the second and third fingers are longer than the first. If the tab were to be trimmed off even, with a deeper hook the tips of the fingers would be exposed and would get painful after a while.

I bought one of these tabs to try. I ended up cutting it down to the Black Widow shape..............or trying, I cut it down too much! And it wasn't a cheap tab. Beware, don't be in the hurry I was. Cut 'n' shoot, cut 'n' shoot!

BTW I didn't take to it. Too thin for me, I've gotten too soft by using BW tabs.
