I recently got a Samick Sage at 30#. After reading a lot, I think I have decided to get a half dozen Easton XX75 Platinum Plus 1816 aluminum arrows for starters. My draw length is 30" so I will be getting the arrows uncut (30" I think). I will be just getting the bare shafts with the G bushings. Just getting the shafts because I have about 300 3" feathers and I want to make the arrows myself. I am not sure what weight or kind of points to get (what are nibb points). I just shoot targets at 40, 50 and 60 yes. Any advice would be appreciated.

First of all, purchase the shafts full length. You can start shooting them full length and trim them to tune with a simple, cheap tubing cutter. The nibb points glue directly into the shaft using hot melt glue. No insert is used.
