What do you think. is this Gent aiming off the top of the site window or what?

What other reason would anyone have the rest so high?

One more, can you imagine what he has the tiller set at?

Yes he is and that configuration is illigal in WA now - Peter Garrett from Canada he won worlds shooting that.

Yep... Peter is quite the shot, and I discussed that config with him a couple years ago in Louisville

By gollys you got to hand it to him for innovation! I do not how well it tuned but I bet it would be a squirrel with broadheads?

I wonder if you could tune it using two different weight limbs ie a 35 lb top limb and a 45lb bottom limb??

I'm betting it really isn't that far off, maybe 1/2" positive tiller.
Just look at the crap we throw at our limbs when stringwalking.

Interesting note on the rest height:
Look at how low his bow-shoulder is. Perhaps for barebow use a higher rest height puts the bow-arm into better alignment?
