GOt a friend with a new-to-him Rambo riser.
His DL is 31".
He is going to buy some Black Max to go on it.
WHO has BLACK MAX limbs on a Rambo?
Tell what they are marked, and what they scale on the Rambo, and where the limb bolts are set.

Steve I ran the TTBM 40 longs I got from you on my Rambo(come to think of it, I got that from you too!) last Saturday at an ASA qualifier. They were tightened to snug -1 turn and pulled ~ 43/44# at my 29 1/2"-30" draw length. Using a 12 strand 8190 it put a 350grain arrow through the beams at 195...

thanks MICHAEL, so 40s got you 43-44 with bolts out one turn from lightly snugged, at 29.5-30" DL.
Excellent, so 35s should get 38-39 following that all-being-equal process.
Then if a guy had the 31" DL he might be legitimately adding 3# to it.
That would make the 35s more like 41# or so.

At 31" he might have to back out another turn, turn and a half but he'll have a sweet shooting rig. Mine was juuuussstt starting to stack...

If he is wanting to try some carbon wood longs at 35#, I can send him a set to try,,, not pretty, but shoot fine.
