I'm going to order a dozen SST's for hunting and I wanted to know if I need to have them cut longer because of the outsert. I pull 28" and I generally just get my arrows cut to 29" because with my Warf I think I pull a half an inch longer. Should I get the SST's at 30"?

Also, if I want to switch a half dozen over for my 57# Checkmate, do the outserts tke those 100 grain brass adaptors, so I can get the weight up to at least 8/9 grains per pound?

Mine are 29 1/4 total length from the string groove and I draw 28".This gives me room for broadheads to stay in front of the riser.I don't know about any brass inserts that will work with the SSTs but they might be heavy enough anyway depending on how heavy a point you will be useing.
