Constitutional ammendment can be added to, or repealed.
Hillsdale College offers free classes and one of them is the US Constitution.

All of this drives me nuts. In the past 4-6 years people have been letting all kinds of political figures and federal agencies do things they have no power to. The atf can only enforce regulations. They.can.not.create.or.change.regulations.
