When I try to post a photo it gives an error message that the file size was too big even though the photo is only about half the limit for a jpeg. After spending 3-4 hours on this... I am about to give up. Why is it so hard to add photos here? I post on the other trad site in seconds, no issues. What gives?

I've been trying to help thumper-tx, but I'm stumped. He checked his attachment data in the CP and it shows he has not posted a single one. He sent a couple of his photos to me and I was able to attach them without modification. 480 x 320, 49 kb.

Any ideas?

I can post mine, but they are so large that they hang off of the sides of my computer table into the floor. glad to know that I am not alone. everywhere else I go, they are fitted to size automatically.
