I would like to see pictures of setups with N3 and C1 limbs on them. Especially strung side profile.

Yeah, please do that.

What riser are you shooting there?
Thats the Stalker Stickbow riser with the G10 insert. It feels a lot heavier than my other wood risers.

You can only see the G10 in the limb pockets....pretty slick how they hollow it out like that. I think they are about $850 now- getting expensive. Mine was one of the first he made.....I had to enlarge the ends of the limb pockets- I put in a couple little half moon radius with a drum sander so the Uukhas didn't rub.

It certainly has a unique look to it. The grip looks fantastic if u have a low wrist grip. Very nice.

FWIW, that’s not the standard grip. I had him copy the grip from my 2007 Morrison Riser.

That's a great idea. I wish I could have the 19" riser of my custom takedown Bighorn recurve designed by the late great Mr. Asbell fitted for ILF limbs. I have a pair of Nika C1 Cornerstone limbs showing up any day now.
SHOW your BIGHORN riser picture Joseph? side profile shot, and picture of limb pad too?
This is the Custom Bighorn riser. The bow I learned to shoot with after shooting compounds & a 1 piece old Martin recurve. It has the best fitting grip for my hand. The last couple of compounds I had pretty much had this exact grip. But it's a 60 lb. @ 30" & I can't ahoot that anymore.

Angles might be a bit laid back. need FLAT pads for ILF. figure your angles. depending on your skill level you could DIY or have someone with good wood skills alter it to ILF.
Use Lancaster's ILF riser hardware. $26 or so.
plane the limb pads flat, measure ILF layout out well, mark it, router in the recesses for the hardware, screw it in, seal it all up.

Yep, that's what I was thinking. I bought a 19" wood riser from Lancaster already this year that I can use as a reference. I have an indoor compressor & 2 Dremel tools along with a nice sanding pad so I'm capable of making it happen. Just don't want to change the bow riser too much other than the pockets. Will order & let u know how it looks later. Thanks 😊.

I bought it new @ a summer show in the mid 90's. The last year I really missed shooting it but just putting a string on that beast is tough. Love that stable riser & the grip is my all time favorite. I would rather repurpose than buy a lesser quality wood ILF Riser which I'm not thrilled with the options out there. Thanks for the comments 😊.
Finally getting this bow together. Warfed Proline riser with the Nika N3's looking good! The bow feels really good.

Very nice! Curious, who did the Warf conversion for you?

A friend that told me not to advertise his services. Sorry

The cool thing is that he even relaxed the limb pad angle since the factory angle preloads the limbs a little. He machined them to 20°.
