According to their owner's manual on page 13, for an elevated rest, they recommend part numbers 323, a brush rest. They formerly recommended the Neet Pro-rest, but I cannot find it on Neet's website or the BW catalog, Lancaster or 3 Rivers. Maybe someone else can make a suggestion.

Sounds like the bow needs tuning to you
Any stick on rest will help it shoot better while your trying to tune it,then if you want to shoot off the shelf once you get to know it, you can.

No idea of what's up though.

Your right John. I shoot several other recurves besides in a Rick Welch type fashion. 3 under, thumb under earlobe/jaw bone. As a pure point and shoot instinct shooter those bows shoot pretty close to my natural point of aim. Not this one. Its lower impact makes me want to raise the shelf thereby raising the point of imapct to where Im naturally pointing.
