Picked up this sweet Kodiak Magnum while on the road this week for work, guy was selling it on a classified site and I couldn't resist $250.00 CDN. Shot it a few times when I got home this morning and I'm pretty happy. Draws smooth and It's really quiet, I love the green "future wood" with the blue accent. I chewed my shoulder up at the gym so I cant play with it too much, actually shouldn't have touched it but I think it will get lots of use once I'm whole again.

Classic bow. My first recurve was a bear kodiak Hunter.

I'd love to get hold of one of those. Looks like it's in great shape. Really nice example of a early to mid 70s Bear. Great find!

I have one just like it and shoot it a lot. Great little bow for tight cover. Demands solid mechanics to shoot well as it’s short, light, and twitchy. Sure does carry nice though and you can hold it nearly vertical while sitting flat.
