I had a Finnish friend visit at the weekend (Euro champ in IFAA Historical bow) we had a blast, shot most of the bows in my collection, he tried my Vanquish he had that jaw dropped wide eyed look after the group he shot at 20y, Guess it was the same look as I had the first time I shot it lol

My fav Trad bow is still the Saluki, bit of a beast for me now after shooting 42# for last couple of years but I still managed some solid groups out to 35y with this 51# bow using split finger and woodies.

Always FUN when flinging arrows with good buddies, specially when they can also shoot good :cheers:

Trillium has described his Saluki the same way, a Beast. Nice looking bows in my opinion. Glad you had a good time sharing your bows with a friend.

I have always shot a lot of bows. It is part of the fascination of the sport. - lbg
