I fletch small diameter arrows all the time, from 1.8” feathers and vanes, up to 4” on vap shafts, I don’t shoot a longer feather.

Many years ago I was in the same boat your in, I was paying for fletching arrows but the job was less than satisfactory. This is also same for tuning a bow.
I started to learn to fletch my own arrows and tune my own equipment.

It’s well worth your time and effort, not only is it cheaper in the long run it’s more satisfying. You will take more care and precision to building your arrows than someone slopping on the fletching.

It’s not hard to fletch up arrows. Take the plunge and enjoy. Hardest part will be what glue will work

If you don’t want to make your own or have any luck with local shop. Send me the arrows, fletch, wrap your choice, pay shipping to and from and I’ll fletch up your arrows how you want and send back.

Personally I think you should learn to fletch your own, after you will be like this is easy.

For jigs, if your addicted to archery I would opt for a bitzenburger jig. If not a cheap plastic jig will work.
