I've put 3" helical feathers on my Carbon One shafts with a Bitzenburger jig. You're just not going to get that much helical on them since they are a smaller diameter, but it's possible.

If you get a Bitzenburger jig I highly recommend getting the Zenith upgrade kit as well. It will help make your fletching placement more even and consistent.

The zenith kit consists of a nock adaptor thingy and an arrow cradle doohickey. The latter requires drilling into the jig, but I don’t consider it really necessary. The nock adaptor part is the more important piece by far IMO.
