If you hear reference to a "300 round" or "NFAA Blue Face" then this is the target used at 20 yards for NFAA:
• 40cm. INDOOR TARGET FACE • BLUE TARGET WITH WHITE 5 RING • 5 RING WITH "+" CENTER • BLUE SCREENED BACKGROUND • SOLD INDIVIDUALLY

60 arrows = 5 arrows x 12 rounds, max score 300, white bull is 5 and each circle is 4,3,2,1. General consensus (for barebow recurve) if you can consistently shoot 240+ you're a pretty good shooter. If you can do 270+ you're exceptional.
The other target that Grantmac mentioned is the World Archery 40cm target at 18m:
USA's exclusive Official supplier of World Archery style (formally FITA) target faces 10 Ring, 5 color indoor and outdoor targets Size: 40 cm FT stock (FITA thin) Sold individually

If you watched the Lancaster Archery barebow shoot on youtube, this is what they were using.
