I got a new project in the works, updating an old riser.
Pearson Equalizer might be 18".
Adding a set of my older DAS plates to it.
had the grip frame contoured to mimic my favorite JAGER DAS grip.
Added another plunger hole.....and a bump.
Cerakoted to some shade of OD green/gray.....we'll see hwo the color turns out.
IT MIGHT be out of the cerakote shop in a day or two.
More later.....here's a teaser of it mostly completed....grip still in progress at this (pictured) stage .

Great looking job so far. Are you going to leave it white? I for some reason left mine the original finish. I like the risers light physical weight. I still have the original grip which fits me fine.
i like that color , turned out great. I didn’t know what to expect shooting wise with the short riser so I was pleasantly surprised how well I shot it. It’s not overly heavy to carry around either.

nice TOM thanks.
did you (or someone) cut ILF cuts right into the riser deck?
LOOKS like limb bolts moved in, too....17" ??
they have nice lines!
Loc Do did all the work. He milled the cuts. Looking close I can see where he milled off excess metal. I believe it’s 17”, really never measured. With those SF limbs in the picture it’s a 60” bow. limbs picked up about 5# in draw weight. Unfortunately those limbs are on a loaner bow. I really like them so next trip to Lancaster I may buy another set.

So, this thread ”made me “ try a set of W&W limbs I bought off this site years ago now. Carbon and wood. 47# on a 25” riser. Figure I picked up over 10#’s on the Pearson riser. What a beast but did it ever send my 625 grain Bear Metric Magnums down range. I took it apart as I didn’t want to screw up those limbs just yet. But I had fun!
