Easy, push them out with a vice or C-clamp.
Push back in the same way.
Possibility of damage, pretty slim, I've done a zillion of them.
Some of the guys have 3Rivers riser plates for both, and switch those back & forth, preferring that to switching limb bushings.
I switch bushings.

No deal,,I made an aluminum punch out of an old cable guard and simply lay the limb in lap and tap them out.

I get a piece of 1/4x20 all thread or cut off the head of a bolt and spin the DAS bushing onto it with the bolt chucked in a drill.

I then spin the bushing in the drill and with a bastard file just lay it evenly on the bushing and take a bit off//////then spin it off and check for fit in the limb. I like my bushings to push in with about 4 pounds of pressure.

I see no need to modify an expensive limb for a 20 dollar set of bushings to fit. :sbrug:
