Is their a minimum draw length in which the Covert Hunter will no longer be at full potential, not making full use of it's limb design? I assume all recurves do at some point. Some more or less than others

yes very much so... these high energy dfc's mean that you have two basic concepts up and along.
so if you do all the up then you have done all the work. but you need to do the along bit to get the advantage.

so yes its important to have the right length limb for your draw length.
