We have so many great cactus fruits here, prickly pear fruits(called "Tunas") make a super maranade, jam, or just added to water for a tasty, good for you drink.
Saguaro fruits, jams, wine and added to vodka/everclear for a potent tastey cocktail...
You just need to squeeze the juice out, cook slowly to concentrate the juice, and enjoy...

These are "Christmas cactus" and their tiny fruits, WOW goood, almost to sweet with a taste like a cross between strawberry's and watermelon...
