Brace Height

Hello guys,
Just wondering about adjusting brace height. If the recommended brace height for example is 6.5 to 7.5 inches and arrow flight is not a factor. What are the benefits of increasing or decreasing the brace height ?
Thanks

Lower brace height = more speed. Higher brace = more stability. You won't see that much of a difference though. All depends on tuning of your arrows to your bow.

I noticed a bit more speed at a lower brace height. But was also a lot smoother.
The biggest factor is in tuning the bow so that it is efficiently transferring power to the arrow. As you adjust the brace height your bow may get louder with more vibration, or quieter with less vibration. Vibration in your bow after the shot is energy that did not go to the arrow. So, adjusting the brace height for the quietest bow will give you the most efficient tune.

Yes, you will get more speed because your draw stroke is better with a lower brace. I always shoot high brace for better accuracy out of my bows but everyone is different.
