IF you can post a link showing THAT riser, or a picture here, someone here can better tell you a potential yes or no thought process on it's success.
I googled it and there are several varieties of the NOMAD compound.
I had a WARF riser for a while that was a beautiful wood Browning compound riser.
One possibility will be that you could WARF it to ILF using the Lancaster ILF pocket hardware......limb pocket angles might possibly need altered, as they might initially be too shallow or too steep to make a decent shooter.
