I have been hunting for an old Wing Presentation II, finally picked one up. What I wanted to be sure of was getting a decent long riser, so passed on a ton of opps. This one has a large number of holes, some filled poorly, some not, but no real dents/nicks. Should be easy to clean up. In...

Yay! I picked up a long Wing Presentation II riser (22" long end to end)... and three sets of limbs: 69"/35# 68"/33# 62"/23# (Crazy length for such a light poundage... these will be keepers for me for letting folks play with a great piece of american archery history.) subtract 4" and add ~ 2#...

I believe these are TrueFlight. 50 grey barred and 100 pink. Brand new. 5" parabolic right wing feathers. Changing my setup since I went to heavier broadheads and don't need these. $75 shipped priority for the lot plus some miscellaneous extra 4" and 5" right wing feathers.

I have a Red Wing Pro Slim Line Recurve, 58", 50# @ 28". I am the 2nd owner. This bow is MINT. The number on it is SLR 3-4275. I am sure it is an early to mid 1970's bow. The sight was installed at the factory. There is no hazing in the limbs. The finish on the riser and the limbs are...

So I got a hold of my 82 year old mom's bow from back in the 1960s (I believe). Her bow and my dad's 1966 Bear Grizzly were in their attic (HOT!) for many many years. About 4-5 years ago I got my dad's bow to find it had some very small cracks in the surface of the limbs. They were only cosmetic...

Just got a Wing Slimline riser, pretty sure it has what was called a slidelock limb system. I have shot with a guy who had it “warfed” to use a bolt on limb system like Mike Palmers bows ( it is Palmer limbs). Not sure if I want to go that direction of ILF, has anyone warfed one of these?

....were the limbs bolts the same size & position on the various risers. Does anyone have or can take the measurements for me please? We don't see many P IIs in the UK (or P Is for that matter). I think this was a P II "tribute" .... A few more pics here.

Hello I recently bought a auction storage unit. Among the contents were these Two recurve Bows. Wing Archery Slim Line Master 66" 25# SLM-1324 & Slim Line Competition 70" 33# SLC-263. I have found similar bows but I can't find these two. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Also what there...

It's 20" riser, the limb pad angle is 17 degrees. This riser shoots very smooth and quiet.

Hi folks, Been reading here for quite some time, but first post--hoping for help dating a Wing I picked up a few months ago. When I bought it it had been refinished poorly, had no decals, serial# or script. Sent it out to John Rafferty at the Bow Hospital, and he did a fantastic new refinish. So...

Going to look at a white Wing tomorrow and for the price if it looks physically sound and straight going to get it for my girlfriend. Trying to search some history on it and from what I found it has more of a Presentation style riser with the points on the front of the riser being more...

After 48 years shooting the Presentation II 58" the riser failed at the stabilizer ferrule. Thank goodness it was only at half draw when the drama took place. Called Bob Lee bows and they had now response because it was made by Head Ski Co. I believe my remaining limbs should fit all...

I was wondering if anyone has information about all the different Wing Archery labels. I'm curious about one that says Wing Archery Swift Wing, and then says 314 So. 7th street, Houston 36, Texas. Obviously this is pre Head SKi, right? Ive just never seen one like this. Its either a sticker or...

Hi Everyone I recently bought this Wing Slim Line Competiton II from a friend's estate. I want to bring it back to the condition of its "glory days," and have some questions. (The historian in me wants to make it "period" but also I want to use it!) I will be drawing it 30". When was this...

I'm very excited. My daughter's future father in-law just called me. He has a Wing Presentation I that he wants to sell. I have been wanting one of these bows for a longtime. I'll have to check it out carefully. He said it's been standing up in his closet for years and it sounds like it might...
