Notice the clearance improvements as the Nock end is elevated. I like to use the lowest position that offers proper clearance.

Just wanted to share some links. I'm self taught, book taught etc but decided to get a Coach last year as I was stuck and wanted to spend more time learning an efficient shot as my neck would sometimes bug me after shooting and I never had that happening when I was younger (43now). These guys...

While elk hunting last week in WY we had an encounter with a brown phase black bear (fortunately not a grizzly). My buddy had just made a cow call so it was probably looking for dinner. After the initial fascination I noticed my buddy nocking an arrow so I thought I should too, thus the abrupt...

Although I have been quiet on the boards, my journey with the Gao Ying method of Military Chinese Archery continues. It has now infected my all of my styles of Archery. I have been shooting my 72" flatbow more and can't help but realize, my technique has an Oriental flavor to it! Sent from...

I am watching the 2017 3d World Finals. I think they refer to ground walking as just picking a familiar distance and estimating the distance beyond that point. I have seen a few others use their hand held out flat in front of them. What exactly are they doing?

I like it but as you know we too poor guys need a warf! lol:luck: I will say that I am thinking the arrows vibrating is normal on any bow. I like the reinforcement loop being on the front instead of the back of the riser or the belly. I always thought the Hoyts were yugly..lol
