I've always been able to delete my posts, and threads I started. I deleted some threads I started yesterday. Today I went to delete the one I started for 1bjd login failure....since resolution. I got to first post in my thread - hit edit - and there is no delete option. see picture of it. I...

I just noticed, at 11:37 p.m. EST, there are nine threads on the front page referring to Border bows, limbs, risers, etc., etc. That's got to be some kind of record. I figured, I'd just make it a good even 10. :^) Does that mean anything at all? Probably not, but it is...

How do I lock my threads?
  4. Political Soapbox
Seems like if I move the deleted and banned threads off the forum 2 more sets pop up. I am going to leave those that are there now for a while and see if that discourages new spammers. Hope it shows them that posting their crap is a waste of time.

Hello everyone, I am having some trouble posting pictures here from an iphone. I read the faq and discovered that i needed to use a BB code to post it. However, when i went to use it i could not copy the BB code completely. Is there any other way on trad talk to post pictures? Thanks Sasquatch

Many, and I mean many, threads on the main forum with Korean language symbols.

Anyone ever loose a thread. I mean not be able to find it and look through the 'back pages' (is that way the Byrd's were talking about). Then the next day it shows up. The other day I was emailing Joe P about a thread and he said he couldn't find it. An hour later there it was. Now, I can't...

There was a couple of points brought up in Hanks latest tuning threads that I thought were interesting and was wondering if others could elaborate on them. 1. Low grip high anchor vs high grip low anchor. What are the causes of this?? 2. Hank had mentioned adjusting for his middle crawl with...

I have a Hoyt Excel Riser that I bought used last year. One of the grommet holes for the sights, and for the plunger seem to be cross threaded. Has anyone experienced this? If so, did you fix it your self with a tap and die? Or did you have repaired at a machine shop? Last question were you able...

Border is a first class company...I bought one of the first Hawk Gl's...came on time as agreed...after about a week I drew the bow and heard a click...the limb cracked at the riser...the season was over so I opted for my money back...no problem with Sid...a few months later I re ordered in time...

Recently, there have been some bizarre comments and spam in the HBS forum. One was about a compound bow and the other was just bizarre rambling. Anybody else seeing these posts in other forums? Matt

Anyone know what the metric size is for these? The chart I found suggests M5-.08......whatever that is....sound right? I might just re-tap them to something all the quiver manufacturers supply with their quivers. Thanks for any help. -Rob

I have ask Tradarcher to host a thread that starts at the basics of form and keeps going for discussion. I knw we have many here who very capable Archers but I think Tom would be a good choice to host this type of thread. If he should choose to except the task I would only ask that everyone be...

I'm surprised this hasn't been discussed. Any hopes or fears surrounding what is happening around the Nile? It is surely a tipping point in some direction. I feel it is impossible to predict right now.

There is a post on another forum suggesting that posting "I missed" or 'not recovered" threads should not be posted. The worry seems to be over traditional bowhunters reputation. Hmmmm? The chances that you will recover every animal with any weapon a very slim. the chances you will hit...

A point that is rarely made in threads where 'gadgets' are treated like doping: It takes time and effort to understand why a certain configuration might be more effective than others. In addition to target practice, people interested in bow-performance issues spend hours querying equipment and...

Well, here's another one. Sorry. I've got a question. I've got a Cavilier Master plunger that I bought from Robert. I love it to death and I've learned a whole hell of a lot from tinkering with it. I don't know if it was the mechanical changes that improved my shooting or the fact that I...
