In other words when you reach full draw are you under your gap target and try to move your point UP....are you over your target and try to move your point DOWN. Or are you spot on where you need to be as soon as you reach your full draw? Just curious as to what most people do.

Last summer I bought an Art Vincent (Cedar Ridge Leatherworks) Powderhorn Edition side quiver to use for hunting. Around my home in Eastern WA, it's often so windy that a bow with a quiver on it gets blown around too much for accurate shooting. Modified the quiver a bit so that I can use it as...

I'm looking for at kwikee quivers and tight spots. Pretty huge price disparity. What your opinions and why? How long of a broadhead can you put into each. The hoods on the kuikees look a little short for a long broadhead like a jager or a grizzly.

I shot my first league tonight. We are shooting the Vegas multi color 300. I shot a 238. I lost a few points using 1 arrow that was quite a bit shorter than the other two on the first three rounds. I am shooting 30" arrows with 200 gr tips. My gap is about two feet. Are you guys using full...

Noticed the other day that if I drift right of the spot it seems bit of a battle to get it back, being left of the spot seems to naturally drift into the spot with no effort, pretty happy with my Indoor scores 530's but could be better if I was not in an aiming battle with some shots, if I get...

No, not Sask. or Alb. or AK Massachusetts! We have plenty of big healthy bears, a tag costs $5 in addition to a hunting license. 3 Seasons, the last coinciding with shotgun season for deer. (Two weeks, just ended yesterday.) Some dude in north central MA shot one this past week that dressed...

When I'm shooting at a big target I've never been able to do the pick a spot thing unless there is a spot to pick. For instance when I'm shooting at a big target im just aiming for the center and my groups open up. Now if I place a small dot on that big target my groups shrink considerably. So...

Hi All, New member here. Iv'e been lurking here for a while. I am fairly new to archery(less than five years) and have been in and out of it as life and family events have allowed. I'll be 40 this fall and I feel that I will finally be at a place where I can focus on archery a little more...

These two risers give these Samick Extreme longs 40#. One makes a 65+" and the other a 70". With a 600 arrow at 325grs the 65+" shoots 171 fps, the 70" shoots 182fps. I guess this is what is meant by sweet spot. The limb pad angles are different. Both bows give a draw of [email protected]"

Well the good news is I found an archery club in my town. They shoot a monthly indoor 300 competition, the one with the blue target face (can't remember the name it). The line up was around a dozen compound shooters, mostly target bows by the look of it and one was an Onieda (spelling?). I...
