I have one riser that I'd like to set up using a plunger for hunting. Most appear a bit fragile, and the one time I did use a plunger years ago it froze up with moisture and became worthless. Anyone have any suggestions on what a good hunting plunger would be if there is such a thing.

I was seeing how my bare shaft was flying today. Compared to my fetched, The bare shaft was weak, landing right about 8 inches or so. Per the easton arrow tuning guide I increased stiffness on the plunger. Which only seemed to make the the arrow fly weaker and land farther to the left? So I shot...

Is there anything you can do with a plunger to make it possible to shoot heavier spined arrows.I am shooting bows in the 28-32#range but want to shoot wood arrows spinned 45-50?

Given that some basic bow/arrow tuning has been done and the arrow spine is pretty much spot on for the bow - they say a curved impact arrow pattern (like in drawing below - RH shooter) can develop because the plunger button is still a bit too far left or right...
