110 gr is awkward. No such animal as 110 gr field point to practice with. I have 12 of these 2-blade, pointy cut-on-contact, vented, older Magnus broadheads. T I bought them years ago when I was using a chisel point 125 gr vented 3-balde Muzzy driven by a compound bow, and instead wanted a...

I have bought these before in 125gr and have been very pleased. Recently I picked up 2 packs of 150gr direct from Magnus and the blades are slightly loose innthe ferrules on 5 of the 6. Tightening the screw doesn’t help. The move side to side slightly. None of my 125’s have done this. When you...

While back there was a post about them. Think Coodster started it so maybe hell chime in on this one. I order some but failed to do my home work and did not realize that they are for crossbow bolts. I know nothing about the bolts but evidently they use a shorter insert. The 125s I got the...

I will be the first to say I like Magnus stingers. Really good broadhead. On the 4 blade there is a weak point but it's not a major weak point for hunting. For me it's not a deterrent to use them. Now for my question Magnus killer bee broadheads (4blade). Anyone tried them? I like the...

I've had several people tell me they have had very good success hunting with Magnus Stinger broadheads from trad bows..... so I'm thinking about putting some on a new set of Easton Axis arrows I'm getting made up for a upcoming hog hunt. The question I've got is Magnus offers this broadhead in...

Well I have landed back in Canada. Cranbrook to be precise. I can't hunt big game for a year but I got a small game licence which includes TURKEYS. I bought some bull heads and I have a question. How can you tell if they are right or left wing out of the packaging? I shoot left wing so I was...

Anyone used them on deer or elk? Pro's/con's? I'd imagine penetration would be good, what are the bloodtrails like, both in length and quantity? Thanks! Shane

A good friend of mine gave me a 3 pack of magnus black hornets 100 grains. They are super sharp right out of the box, and fly like field points. I tuned up some 30" cx predetor 2's 2040's with 4" feathers. They come in right at 350 grains and will be shooting them out of my 40# carbon/foam sf...

Has anybody got any slick ways to sharpen the short edge on the Magnus Stinger two blades? I can easily sharpen the long edge with my KME sharpening rig. Keeping the short edges central to the broad head center line is important. I have been free handing the short edge, however this is tedious.

Does anyone use Magnus Bullheads with their trad bow for Turkey?

If I use a Trad Tech Stubby Plunger and a Super T 300 rest, can I shoot blazers and get good flight shooting a magnus two blade broadhead? Shooting a hoyt excell with 55# TT black max limbs. Broadhead weight will be 150 grain total (125 for broadhead and 25 for adapter) Thanks Jace

Is this setup going to do the job out to 30 yards on elk? I plan on mainly using my recurve this year instead of my compound. Here is is again 55# recurve 522g arrow 2 blade magnus
