34# short KAP Winstorm carbon/wood limbs Offering my 34# (on a 25" riser; 40# on a 17" riser) short KAP Winstorm carbon/wood limbs (made by Win & Win). They're in excellent used very little condition. I bought these new as backup hunting limbs and they've only been shot a few times. I just...

Giving Olympic recurve a try, but finding a copy of the manual for a 10+ year old riser (based on 10+ year old threads) has been the hard part. Anyone have a copy? Otherwise when it arrives, perhaps info in "Limb alignment system on Win/Kap risers" thread will suffice.

Hi, I’m helping the coach of my club making strings, setting bow, etc. Two brothers have a couple of Kaps ProStyle, but I could not find a manual or page to know what is the BH range. I asked Lancaster expert and she give me the classical BH for Hoyt BH. Anyone know Kap`s recommended BH? Thanks...

Does anyone shoot these? I found them for a pretty good price and was curious if they were good performers. It is these or the Fivics Gladius(?) I believe. Did a search and found a couple reviews on the older ones. These are new last year. Shawn

I was looking around Alt Archery Services website and I saw that W&W has relaunched the KAP Windstorms... I know quite a few guys here were pretty high on these limbs years ago.... The new limbs are carbon/ foam for $105! That is amazingly cheap. Has anyone tried these limbs yet...

I just got my 15" Sky metal riser and set of Kap windstorm limbs today. First impression of the riser is that its quite nice and and limbs were a steal, Lancaster had them on sale for $139. I gotta tell you all you metal riser guys are SPOILED, I have never had anything that tuned in...

I received a new KAP(w&w) T-Rex recurve for a gift. It is the 23" riser and long limbs so 68" total. My question is the what is the best bow string to use? I'll be setting it up for target and 3d shoots. Thanks!

I got this film dipped at Tarjac a few months ago. The matte finish has held up well and looks better than the blue it used to be for hunting. All the threaded holes are clear and screws go in fine. I think I paid $65. I might get a home dipping kit sometime and try dipping a set of limbs...

Later today, I'm meeting a local fella and trading a couple of recurves for a Hoyt Excel and a set of KAP Challange Spirit long limbs. The only info I can find is they are some older limbs that were replaced by the Winstorm model limbs. Anyone have a set or any experience with them? Thanks.

Does any body know anything about the Kap Prostyle Challenge Spirit limbs. I am sure they are their cheapest limb because the limb tips fit over the tip and are plastic. The core and wedge look like one piece of wood. I can't find any specs on the Internet. I was just piddling with them on an...

Are the three Korean labels all variations of the same company? I know that a LOT of Korean industry is basically part of one large conglomerate, Daewoo, which makes everything from cars to guns. Was wondering if the archery companies are the same. And, please, let's not get into bashing...

I'm starting on the Christmas list and as always it starts with a new bow. This year I'm thinking Hoyt Excel riser with long 36# limbs. It should make 66" long and at my 31.5" draw I figure it'll be about 50#. (If I shanked the math on that please correct me.) I'm thinking wood / carbon limbs...

Hello everyone, I hope someone here may be able to help me out. I recently traded for a Tradtech Titan and it appears to have KAP limbs. I was told by previous owner that they are a KAP carbon/wood, possibly a windstorm? No labels on the limbs, but each are handmarked, in the area label...

I'd never really bonded with my KAP Winstar because its grip felt big and sloppy. Turns out with about 10 minutes of sanding, Hoyt's custom rosewood grip fits right on; even the screw holes line up! The grip feels nice and consistent now. Can't wait to try it.

Can anyone tell me if these limbs are Fast Flight compatable.
