That's what Osso Bucco means in Italian. I made the Meateaters Venison version tonight and it was delicious. Easy to make too. Take everything you thought about venison marrow and forget it, the marrow itself is fantastic! It doesn't taste like game even the slightest. I'm saving all deer...

I have been debating buying a bernardini cobra for a 3d rig, and noticed how high the plunger hole is. what effect will this have on point on and the ergonomics of the bow. it seems like the grip is designed so that the hand is closer to the shelf so maybe that makes up for the difference in...

Don't waste a minute. Get you 9' weight 7 from Matt and a full backing on the spool. A 7 or 8 #er can get way down into your backing in 5 or 6 seconds. I use a floating line in the spring and a sinking line in the summer. Just great fun stalking the golden trash.

Hello all, I have been shooting bows for about 50 years but have just this year (2012) started building bows. My question, I was recently given an Osage stave that has a small 1/4? inch knot hole about a foot from the end and pretty much in the center of the limb. I believe that it will go all...

When stringwalking, the magnetic arm on the rest rattles and vibrates (and hits the riser coz there are dings on both my risers) after the shot. Is that normal? Also, I was using the rear plunger hole and my arrows kept hitting left. I even tried heavier point weight but the results weren't...
