I have the opportunity to swap my bamboo viper for an eclipse. The Eclipse is 66" bow. I draw 30" do you guys think that those short working limbs would work for my draw without problems? I've heard good things about these bows but have never shot one. Thanks David Sent from my...

Can anybody tell me if there is a difference in these two Easton aluminium arrows except colour (blue and black)?

Is this an ILF riser? It says HDS riser, ... what is HDS? At $180 the price is right. When I look at other 21" metal ILF risers that all cost much more, why should I not just get an Eclipse? tks Dennis

I am on vacation on the eastern shore of Maryland. I have a new Eclipse and an Excel that I have had since May. I have found an archery shop with an indoor range and intend to put in some serious range time. I do have a problem. I can not stop thinking about the next bow. I need to become...

from LAS. Walked into LAS today to pick up my order of 1 dozen ACE arrows. I have been pumped all week for this. I strolled by the recurve display case and saw a beautiful 25 inch Pearl White Eclipse riser. Well, I told the riser I thought she had been discontinued. The riser said,"yeah...

Is the old Hoyt Eclipse compound warfable? I don't have the bow so I can't give any pocket dimensions or any measurable information...I just have a chance to pick up one. Has anybody successfully warfed one of these risers or know whether it can be done or not?

I just picked up my new Hoyt Eclipse riser and it seemed like it was a no-go when I tried to use my Inno limbs on it. They just wouldnt go far enough into the limb pocket - I think they are at least 1/8" away from the slot at the end of the limb butting against the limb bolt. I tried some...

Just wondering if anybody has any information about or experience with the Hoyt Eclipse riser. Looks like a great price and is a good looking riser but I don't know much about it. I'm thinking of picking up a new riser for target and perhaps hunting in the 200-300 dollar range and was...

I am sure there was a reason to build the Hoyt bridged risers. I guess it was for stability, torque, or vibration. What was it supposed to do? Do you think it did what ever it was? Did any other riser manufactures try the concept. rusty

Does anyone remembers the eclipse riser? Hoyt has released it again this year. Seems like it has a few features that the excel doesn't for only about $65.00 more. Apparently it was only around for 1 year. I'm not sure what that means. It sure couldn't have been to popular. crunch

Just thought I would let you folks know Alternative Services is closing out the Hoyt Eclipse riser for $225.It's listed under sale on the recurves page. FYI, I thought it would be ok to post this here since I don't profit in any way from a sale.I just thought it might be a good deal for someone...

Comments on these arrows? I currently shoot a 2013 Superlite, full length with 125 gr. point -- what Eclipse size would provide similar performance to my current set-up? Thanks, T
