I have used a lot of phenolic/micarta on tips but haven't used it on a riser. Also, as I look at these riser with black accents, are they micarta, dyed wood,dura-wood or what? Also, wood is the easiest to cut and shape but what works best on the composite materials? Just looking for ideas.

Just bought some 5 1/2 inch banana cut feathers. Just wondering what everyone's thoughts or experiences are when hunting with this type fletch. Is it louder than other fletcher types? And does it matter in hunting situations? Thanks in advance! Mike

I am trying to tune a plunger on a bow set up that is at most 1/16 past center. "Tuning for tens" starts with a hard plunger set up with the arrow at center shot. I have been tuning for bare shaft flight with a hard plunger but once I put a spring in I'm kind of lost as far as improving my...

Does anyone know where to get these cut foam blocks for storing a riser? I can't remember if this one came with my bow case or my riser and I need a new one since my new 27" riser won't quite fit. Closest thing I've found is pick-a-part foam but it only comes in a three pack. Thanks, -Greg
