We can buy ILF brass or aluminum plates on Ebay to convert wood risers to ILF. Does anyone know anything about this? Is it easy to do? I am sure that these plates do not come with instructions for installation. Would it just be a matter of screwing or bolting them in place? Or do we have to know...

I was just curious if this has ever been done. Or is there any specific reason why this would be a terrible idea?

Is this doable or worthwhile if you have a nice set of limbs from a standard takedown recurve? For example I have a predator recurve that I don't like the riser so could you convert the limbs by drilling out a new limb bolt hole and putting in the ILF fitting? I haven't seen any threads on...

You can convert a DAS Dalaa riser to ILF by installing the plates. I was wondering if it could be technically possible to convert a Titan 2riser to DAS. (This probably tops as #1 stupid question ever asked)

Is this possible? I know you can buy the ILF insert plates to make a Warf bow, but do they make Das insert plates? Or can one be made easy? I'm not entirely sure how a Das fitting works having never seen one in person. I have a Morrison futurewood riser.
