is there such a thing as an "accurate" spine chart for trad shooters?

I have heard from many sources that the Easton spine charts are about two sizes too stiff, as far as aluminum's go. My question is, one, does this also apply to Eastons carbon shafts, and two, does this also apply to Beman shafts too? Thanks for your time.
