i think that when i fix mine, i'm gonna alter the recipe a hair. instead of BBQ sauce, i'm gonna sprinkle some good shredded cheese, sauted onions, & green peppers inside. just like a big-a$$ed omelet, but "hold the eggs, please".

In the case of bacon...."Pork, it's the other white meat" doesn't really work.

But on the other hand, in moderation, and in the context of a decent diet, why not! IMO the reason most of America is overweight (besides being basically lazy) is that we simply don't know how to eat properly......And.....most of us would really like to exercise.....We just don't like to swet!
