Have had a busy week & not had much time to post but I have been praying for the many requests that have been posted this week. & once again I am asking for my friends to pray.

Our son, Ryan is the 3rd shift supervisor for Kann Freight handlers (Cooper Tire). He works full time as well as goes to school full time. He is the boss of some pretty unsavory characters sometimes & most are older then he is. (He is 22). He has been threatened a couple times in the past when he made a decision an employee did not like.

2 nights ago, he had to fire a 28 year old employee. The man threatened him then and again last night when the guard let him into the facility, not knowing he had been fired. This man does have a police record & was involved in an incident involving a gun at a nightclub only a month & a half ago. Ryan did file a police report & the police station is only a block a way. He doesn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but at the same time, doesn’t want to be stupid.

Needless to day, I am a mom who wants all the protection she can get for her son. Please pray for his safety and that the guy will get another job quickly & move on. Don't think I will sleep well tonight.

Thanks.

CC,

Am praying and will pray. Your son may be entitled to a restraining order and/or a no contact order. Crim pro is not really my area but knowing that they will be extra crossways with a judge if they act out their threat can sometimes have a restraining effect upon an individual.

I'm praying for your son and his safety. Also, for the individual who was fired, that he move on in life and find his way.

Joy,

I've prayed, and will continue to pray, that your son will be surrounded with the precious blood of Jesus, that the protective hand and power of the Holy Spirit will be upon him, and that someone will be brought into the life of the individual who was fired that can witness to him and that he might see the waywardness of his life, the need for change, the need for salvation, and that under the convicting power of the Holy Spirit he might be born again!! :jesus: :amen: :amen:

Thank you all so much. The guy has not been seen or heard from since I asked for your prayers.

The type job it is attracts people who want to make some money but not have the discipline to show up every day. If the rent is due, they show up & load as many trucks as they can, if not...who cares.

This is no longer the world I grew up in.

Thank you all!!!
