Dave,

Father in Heaven, I thank you and praise you that you are gracious, merciful, loving and worthy of honor and glory and praise. I pray Father that as Dave is facing major eye surgery on May 18th, that the Holy Spirit will comfort him and give him the peace that only you can provide. I pray Father that the Holy Spirit might lead and guide the hands of the doctors, that His hand might be upon Dave, and that the surgery might be completely successful. I pray all of these things in the precious, wonderful, matchless name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and for His sake and through the power of the Holy Spirit. :amen: :amen: :amen:

Surgery was done on May 18th the surgeon was very please with the results. The eye was not as badly damaged as it first looked. I will have to take it easy for about 6 weeks. I go back to the surgeon on Friday May 27th for a post op. I appricate all your prayers and please continue praying. Prayers is the best healing agent, this has been a long and diffcult process to regain my sight back in my right eye and my faith in my Lord has guided me through it. Thanks again

Dave,

God has a way of taking these things and using them to get our prioritites straight. Glad it wasn't as bad as it first looked. Take it easy man, do what the doctors say.

Just a quick update, the doctor reports the healing process is about 2 to 3 months on this operation, I am still restricted from shooting my bow for another 2 to 3 weeks and I have to go back to the surgeron on Friday June 17th for another checkup. I do appricate all your prayers.
