What kind of ground blinds do you guys use? Double Bulls are nice but too expensive. Any other good choices for the bowhunter?

I've looked them over pretty close Tom, and if I were to buy one it would be an Ameristep Doghouse or Brickhouse, affordable and would seem to get the job done. The Outhouse version looks too small to me... walls aren't as vertical as the other two models. I ended-up not buying one after my buddy at work offered to loan me his DB for turkeys. They are nice, but $400 nice? Not for me...
Heck, the Ameristeps have complete innner-wall black, while the DB only has two black, drape-down sections in the corner behind you. I think the Ameristep's larger shooting windows are best designed for turkey... while the DB's windows are more suited for deer, etc. (not as big/wide, more concealment and less obvious).

I have a double bull and a Ameristep Brickhouse. The double bull is a higher quality but the Brickhouse will work just fine. If you want to discuss give me a call Noah and me use them quite a bit.

Picked up an Ameristep brickhouse last year at Wal-Mart for $99. Best 99 bones I have spent on hunting equipment in a long time. Had a ball in that thing last year. I had a doe bed down right behind me where I had the door. I stepped out to take a leak and spooked her. She was only six feet away. I heard her out there but thought it was a skwerl.
I'm gonna try to get a blind before Oct. Thanks for the help fellas. :bow2:
