Editing titles and one other thing

A while back I had a misspelling in a title of a thread I started. I had to ask a mod to fix it. No big deal.

I just sold a set of limbs on the trading blanket and I can't edit the title to "Sold". So far that thread has 336 views. I hate to see people wasting their time looking at it when they are sold. On tradgang, I can edit my titles to "sold" and the mods will quickly delete the whole thing. I was able to close it.

It would also be nice to be able to add something like "price reduced" so people can tell without opening the tread.

Other thing:
Under my handle it says "paradoxical archer" or something like that. Obviously, I found it once, but how do I change that?

At the menu bar at the top, select User CP, then select Edit Profile.

Yes, it would be nice to have the ability to edit one's thread title. Sure would make a Moderator's job much easier.

For now at least, we try to review threads in the Trading Blanket frequently and close them if Sold. I haven't done that myself in nearly a week. I suppose another option would be assigning a Moderator to the Trading Blanket to specifically keep it cleaned up and maintained properly.

The instructions I gave were for changing the title under your User Name.

There haven't been any changes where a user can edit the title of a thread, yet.

That's what I meant. I still don't see where I can change "Paradoxical Archer".

After you select User CP, there is not a column on the left where you can choose Edit Profile?

If still having problems, let me know what you want the title under your user name to say, and I'll make sure it gets done.
