Taste ain't so bad either.
5 cups whole wheat flour.
1 tablespoon baking soda.
1 tablespoon canola oil or coconut oil.
1/2 cup ground flax seed (more if desired).
3 omega-3 enriched eggs.
Enough fat free organic milk to make the dry goods into batter.
Mix until smooth and cook.
Serve with any combination of fresh blueberries/ strawberries/blackberries and cracked walnuts/pecans and a little bit of top grade maple syrup. For some extra antioxidant kick, sprinkle liberally with cinnamon (which also improves insulin sensitivity).
