I took a close look at my Gamemaster grip and noticed the finish could be a bit smooter and alot of the edges needed some more attention so I took the grip off and to my supprise the riser felt very good, so to the question. anyone know who makes grips for the gamemaster? I am looking for side plates, I have emailed loesch grips but havn't got a response yet (only 24 hrs) so I figured I would ask the higher knowledgable people.
Or anyone have or know someone who has a spare gamemaster grip I can cut on?

Thanks

Its been a while since I have been here and willl probablly be a while longer till I get everything settled down, strange how life has a tendency to throw a few curve balls just to keep you on your toes.

Thanks guys

Chad

Forgot to mention to the best of my knowledge the accu grip used on the GM is the same as the one that is an option on 03-04 TEC compounds. That said the sideplates from one of those compounds should fit. If there's a Hoyt pro-shop nearby you might try them.

Coodster,
the plates that make up a hoyt grip are very simple to duplicate. Just trace and cut. If you could wait until I get back from texas Ill make you some generic ones and send em. Its just out of simple 1/4 inch wood. One bit of advice: if you do order some from hoyt, and get them within 6 months let me know.

Scooter, thanks for the tip. Scott does some really nice work!

TB4U is right. You won't live long enough to get anything from Hoyt

Of all the things I like about my gamemaster. Tech riser, light weight, new W/W focus limbs the one thing I don't think I could change is the grip it is so perfect for me. Funny how we all like different things.

Thanks for the help guys, I went with the johnson grips. should be here in a wek or so.
I still made some out of oak like TB4U suggested and really like them also.

I'll have to decide which I like better when the new grips get here, BTW I went with the cotton candy color dymondwood :)

Those grips are pretty sweet looking. Make sure to post some pics when you get them.

Scooter, it will be a bit before I get pics, I'm in the middle of moving, camera in one state the bow in another with me. the coton candy will look a little off on the camo but don't think the deer will mind. :)
